REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans and other paid products purchased online from Amply through the website located at https://amply.tools/ (the “Service”). “Amply” is a brand operated by Stanislau Kuryan, conducting business as a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland (NIP: 5842832608, REGON: 524784266).
Who sells and processes your purchase
Online purchases of paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means that when you buy a paid plan, Paddle — not Amply — is the seller of record for that transaction: Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice, handles applicable taxes, and processes refunds and chargebacks.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy:
Our refund terms
As a general rule, and unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition to your statutory rights, Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a full refund if you request one within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date (or, for subscription renewals, within fourteen (14) days from the date of the most recent renewal). Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days available to consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Such statutory rights may not apply once you have started downloading, streaming, using or otherwise benefiting from a digital product where you have agreed to begin immediately.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal right, contact us at [email protected] with your order or receipt details, or contact Paddle buyer support directly via the receipt or invoice you received from Paddle. We and Paddle will review your request in accordance with the policies referenced above.
Enterprise and Order Form purchases
Purchases made under a separate Order Form invoiced directly by Amply (for example, enterprise or custom plans) are not processed through Paddle and are governed by the payment and refund terms set out in the applicable Order Form and in our Terms and Conditions, rather than by this Refund Policy.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the “Effective date” above. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
